TERMS OF SERVICE

Short term board includes a 10x12' matted stall at a nightly rate. Full access to all riding facilities are included, except during scheduled lessons. At no point are any horses to be set free in any of the arenas, fields or riding areas for exercise, a rider must be present at all times. If choosing self care, owner must provide all care for the horse to include feedings, clean water, stall mucking, and exercise. Sawdust is provided. If choosing full care, Sohlay staff will drop owner provided hay and grain twice daily, clean and fill waters, and muck stalls daily. No food, grain, or hay is included, owner must provide their own and have it adequately labeled and pre-portioned ready to feed.

I acknowledge and accept the fact that a representative of Sohlay Sporthorses LLC is not present on the property at all times.

I acknowledge that I may store tack, trailers, and equipment on the premises at no additional charge, however, Sohlay shall not be responsible for the theft, loss, damage, or disappearance of any property stored at the facility.

I warrant that I own said horse. Horse shall be free from infectious, contagious or transmittable disease. Current negative coggins and vaccinations (Rabies, E/W/T, Flu/Rhino) are required. During the time that the horse(s) is boarded at Sohlay, they shall not be liable for any sickness, disease, theft, death or injury which may be suffered by the horse. This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury or disability the horse may receive while on Sohlay's premises.
