Hold Harmless Agreement: I Agree to release and hold harmless SOHLAY from any liability including, but not limited to, injuries, death or property damage from: mounting; riding; jumping; dismounting; walking; grooming; feeding; use of horse barn, trails or riding arenas; falling off horse in any capacity whether horse is bucking, flipping, spooked; or my own failure to understand any the instructor's directions. I also acknowledge that my property, including but not limited to the vehicle, horse trailer, tack etc, may be at risk of damage when on the premises. I agree to hold SOHLAY and its employees harmless from any claim resulting from damage or injury caused by said horse and agrees to pay any legal fees, and/or expenses incurred by SOHLAY in defense of such claims.

YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES PURSUANT TO PENNSYLVANIA LAW.
